True-Blue is an Approved DPR Safety Training Center.  The Minimum Industry Safety Training for Downstream Operations (MISTDO) program is designed to enhance safety training and competence of personnel engaged in the downstream sector (including petroleum haulage drivers and assistants) possess the basic knowledge of the risk associated with their respective roles.
